As a nonprofit organization, Earth Day Canada is overseen by a Board of Directors (BOD) composed of volunteer members. The BOD has legal responsibility for the organization’s governance and contributes to its long-term vision and the fulfillment of its mission. In collaboration with the executive director, the Board is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to its strategic plan.
