Jour de la Terre Canada is the exclusive owner of the following domain names: jourdelaterre.org, jourdelaterre.quebec, jourdelaterre.ca, earthday.ca.

Hereby, Earth Day Canada allows you to view, copy, download, and print documents that are available on these Sites on the express condition that these documents are used only for private and personal non-commercial purpose provided ownership of the rights is acknowledged, and neither altered nor redistributed, with recognition of any intellectual property rights protected by copyright, trademark, certification mark, or other proprietary rights are reproduced as such that it appears in these documents. Any other use is strictly prohibited. By browsing on one or the Sites, you are deemed to accept to the extent permitted by law to indemnify Earth Day Canada, its director(s), officer(s), employee(s), partner(s), supplier(s), collaborator(s), subcontractor(s), agent(s), contractor(s), and licensor(s) of any damage resulting from a breach by you of this Agreement, your use of any Site(s), and the costs of any action taken by Earth Day Canada following the discovery or conclusion of the effect that your use of one or more Sites constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
 
You will not be able to sue Earth Day Canada or obtain damages or compensation from the latter, its director(s), manager(s), employee(s), partner(s), supplier(s), collaborator(s), subcontractor(s), agent(s), contractor(s), and licensor(s) following a visit to or use of any of the Sites or a decision by Earth Day Canada arising out of or resulting from an inability to use or visit any of the Sites.
 
Earth Day Canada and/or its director(s) and/or manager(s) and/or employee(s) and/or partner(s) and/or supplier(s) and/or collaborator(s) and/or subcontractor(s) and/or agent(s) and/or contractor(s) and/or licensor(s) may not in any event be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of any Site(s) where:

2)       such loss or damage is not a reasonably immediate or foreseeable consequence of the breach;

It is forbidden to establish links with any of the Sites or links to certain pages or with any part of the contents of this site without the prior consent of Earth Day Canada.
 
Jurisdiction
 
By accessing, visiting, or using any of the Sites you acknowledge that the conditions of use are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Quebec. Quebec courts are competent to hear all disputes arising out of or resulting from the terms of this agreement, excluding the courts of other countries, states, provinces, or territories. You agree that the judicial district of Montreal is the appropriate place for the hearing of claims or legal proceedings to the exclusion of any other judicial district which may have jurisdiction over such a dispute as prescribed by law.

If it becomes necessary or useful to give notice hereunder, such notice shall be given, unless otherwise provided by law, by registered mail (with acknowledgment of receipt), in-person (with acknowledgment of receipt), or by email.
